What is the difference between a free and a Pro event QR code?
A free event QR holds the title, date, time, description and a physical venue, and adds the event to the scanner's calendar. Pro adds online and hybrid events with a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams join link, scan tracking, the ability to change the details after printing, and watermark-free posters.
Can attendees join a video call from the QR code?
Yes, with a Pro event QR. Choose Online or Hybrid and paste your meeting link. Calendar apps show a join button on the event, and the link is repeated in the description so it survives calendar apps that drop the URL field.
Will the QR code still work after the event?
The QR code itself keeps working. It contains the event details, so scanning it after the date simply adds a past event to the calendar. With a Pro tracked QR you can change where it points at any time, so the same printed code can be reused for your next event.
Which calendar apps does it work with?
It uses the standard iCal VEVENT format, which Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook and most Android calendar apps understand.
